Figure Way of Designing for Humans

The year started with the 4th session of Figure Baltic Advisory's development program – the Figure Way of Designing for Humans. In their case, people who enjoy reading employee compensation surveys.

Having gathered a lot of direct input from their clients, 4 dedicated teams drafted their respective customer journeys. It was essential to structure all the needs and struggles of data users, finding the gaps in Figure's process and turning these around as opportunities to build an even more accessible and user-friendly deliverable.

As a tutor, I loved the energy of mixed teams from Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. It wasn't easy, to step into their customer's shoes, but once they did it, real fun was unleashed! Can't wait to see their development ideas and prototypes!
