Circular Design Audit
Change starts with understanding. The audit is a focused assessment of the environmental and social impact of your company. It reveals the circular potential of your business model and the sustainability ambitions of people within your organisation.
It also gives you a better understanding of your value chain, from suppliers to end-of-life management. Together with your core team we map your use of materials (Bill of Materials) to reveal the biggest impact areas for improving efficiency in their usage.

Responsible solutions create real impact when people actually choose and use them. This practical workshop explores what drives behaviour change and what holds it back. We’ll also ideate products, services, and messages that make sustainable choices a no-brainer.
You’ll learn change strategies and tools from behavioural science that remove barriers, support conscious decision-making, and align your product or service with people’s everyday habits, emotions, and values.

Strategy Development
A co-creative process to turn your sustainability ambitions into a clear strategy. We start by mapping your organisation’s current state of understanding of your value chain. From there, we co-develop a strong sustainability vision, define priority areas within the ESG framework and set measurable goals and key metrics for the next two years.
People across all levels of your organisation are engaged to ensure ownership and readiness for implementation.
By the end of the process, your team will have a practical roadmap to integrate circular principles into both strategic decisions and everyday operations.
